About Terry DeSelms

Terry DeSelms has been in real estate for over 21 years and is rated #1 agent in Tennessee by the greater Nashville association of Realtors (GNAR). The Wall Street Journal rated Terry as #20 in their top 200 Agents List.

Terry knows what it takes to succeed in real estate. His ideas have been proven effective and have made him and his team one of the top-producing operations in the country. Terry’s team sold 340 homes last year alone and have been the top GNAR Listing Team and Sales Team for over 12 years running.

Terry is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, Greater Nashville Associate or Realtors, Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council and the Council of Residential Specialists.

When Terry is not busy selling homes, he enjoys golfing, biking, hiking, swimming, reading and spending time with family. He enjoys designing and creating beautiful stain glass. Terry owns a 1948 Cadillac Street Rod and a 1956 Chevy Belair that he takes to car shows.
